Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Emazing Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) cares about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Emazing Group Creator Platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
If you have any questions, contact us at support@emazinggroup.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, fill out a form, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any other details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Emazing Group Creator Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device type, browser, and how you interact with the platform.
Information from third parties. If you connect a third-party account or service, we may receive information from that service as permitted by its terms and your settings.
Sensitive information you choose to share
Our application also invites you, optionally, to share your pronouns and gender identity, LGBTQIA+ identity, and race or ethnicity. Sharing this is entirely voluntary — you can apply and take part in the program without it.
We use this information only to build inclusive, relevant campaigns and to match you with opportunities that fit. Where it is treated as “special category” data (GDPR) or “sensitive personal information” (CPRA), we process it only with your consent, use it solely for that purpose, and never sell it or share it for advertising. We do not disclose it to the service providers described below except where strictly necessary. You may withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete this information, at any time by contacting us at support@emazinggroup.com.
Instagram messaging
Our brands operate Instagram business accounts, and we use Instagram’s official messaging tools to handle direct messages from creators we work with. If you send a direct message to one of those accounts, we may receive the content of your message, your Instagram username, an Instagram-assigned identifier for your account, and the time the message was sent.
We only store messages from creators on our roster. When a message arrives, we check the sender’s Instagram username against the creators in our system. If it does not match one of them — for example, a message from a customer or a member of the public — the message is discarded and never stored. If it does match, we store the message alongside that creator’s other correspondence so the team managing their partnership can read and reply to it, and we notify that team member.
We store your Instagram username and identifier so replies reach the right conversation. Replies are sent as Instagram direct messages from the brand account you contacted.
This information comes to us from Meta, and Meta’s own terms and privacy policy govern their handling of it. To ask us to delete Instagram messages we hold about you, contact us at support@emazinggroup.com — see how to request deletion. You can also revoke our access at any time from Instagram’s settings.
Connecting your social accounts
Creators in our program can connect their own social accounts to the platform so we can measure how partnership content performs. Connecting is entirely optional, you choose which platforms to connect, and you can disconnect at any time — from your account settings here, or from the platform’s own app permissions screen.
When you connect an account, we ask that platform only for read access. We never post, edit, delete, or message on your behalf, and we cannot see your private messages, passwords, or payment details. What we read is:
- Instagram — your username, profile details, follower count, and your posts, reels, and stories, together with the insights Instagram reports for them, such as reach, views, and engagement.
- TikTok — your username, profile details, follower and like counts, and your public videos with their view, like, comment, and share counts.
- YouTube — your channel details and subscriber count, your videos and their public statistics, and the channel analytics YouTube reports to you, such as views, watch time, and audience information.
- Twitch — your channel details, follower count, videos and clips, and viewership figures for your streams.
We use this only to report on campaign performance to you and to the brand you are working with, to match you with opportunities that fit, and to keep our records of your partnership accurate. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising targeting, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers described above.
Disconnecting stops any further collection and we delete the access credentials for that platform. Metrics we already recorded for campaigns you took part in stay on the campaign record unless you ask us to delete them — see how to request deletion.
YouTube and Google. The platform uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time through Google’s security settings. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
